Weeknight Medley Soup

You will need:

• ½ cups water
• 3 ½ cups broth
• 8 oz. can tomato sauce

You can add:

• Carrots-diced
• Onions-chopped
• Potatoes-diced
• Tomatoes-diced
• Meat of choice

Cooking suggestions:

In a large pot combine soup mix and spice packet with 3 1/2 cups water and 3 1/2 cups veggie, chicken or beef broth. Add any additional ingredients at this point – seasonal vegetables, diced ham, browned sausage or chicken add delicious dimensions. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce to a simmer for 1-2 hours, or until the navy (small white) beans are cooked. Once your soups is cooked completely add can of tomato sauce and salt to taste. Serve with rustic bread or grilled cheese sandwiches.

Cooks in 1-2 hours.
